WEBSITE
- Go to www.GokuMarket.com
- Click on Log in
- Users can login using their registered mobile number or Email Address
LOGIN USING REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER
- In order to log in using the phone number. Enter the phone number registered in GokuMarket and then enter the password, click on Login
- An OTP will be sent to your registered email address (Note: for both the login option the OTP will be sent to the email address)
- The email will appear as displayed in the image below
- Enter the OTP sent to the registered email and click on Verify
- Your Login process through Mobile number is now Complete
LOGIN USING EMAIL ADDRESS
- In order to log in, using the email click on the email tab next to Mobile. Enter the registered Email address and Password, and click on login
- An OTP will be sent to your registered email address (Note: for both the login option the OTP will be sent to the email address)
- Enter the OTP sent to the registered email and click on Verify
- Your Login process is Complete
NOTE: 1. For an additional layer of security, the Email OTP is enabled by default for login.
2. In case Google Authenticator is enabled, users then will have to enter both the Email OTP and Google Authenticator code for login.
MOBILE APPLICATION
- Open the GokuMarket App
- Users can log in using their registered mobile number or Email address
LOGIN USING REGSITERED MOBILE NUMBER
- To login using the registered mobile number, enter the mobile number and password and tap on the Login Button
- An OTP will be sent to the registered email address. Enter the OTP sent to the email and Tap on Verify
LOGIN USING EMAIL
- In order to login using the email address, enter the registered Email address and Password and tap on Login
- An OTP will be sent to the registered email address. Enter the OTP sent to the email and Tap on Verify
- Congratulations! Login is now completed.
