If you are not receiving the login OTP email kindly check
- If you have activated the Google Authenticator App
- Check the Spam, Promotion folder in the mailbox
- The internet connection is stable
- ISP firewall blocking OTPs (in this case you can check with your internet service provider)
* Some of the users may not receive the Login OTP due to certain restrictions from the email service providers, like .pl, .au, etc.
In such cases we recommend the user to change their email address to like Gmail, yahoo etc, which are mostly used by our users without any issues.
1. If you agree to change the email, please mail us a request to change the email from your current email and the new email to support@gokumarket.com mentioning :
- Full Name :
- Email address :
- Phone number :
- Old Email :
- New email :
- Client ID :
2. Please make sure that you do not register your new email in Gokumarket, as doing so will create a new client ID and we will not be able to link your client ID.
