General questions (Q) and Answers (A) related to the Swap of GRN-Old in Staking to GRN (ERC20):
Q1. If a GokuMarket user has GRN-Old Staking where the staking period ends between December 6th and February 28th, please confirm that all GRN tokens will be released to the staker's account, so he/she will be able to complete the swap themselves?
A1. GokuMarket would be providing the list of GRN-Old staked amounts & user emails to the GRN Team by February 28th, 2021, so that the GRN Team can process the swap for all these users in a timely fashion. This list includes all the users whose staking period ends after February 28th, 2021.
Important: each user need to make sure that their KYC (account verification) has been completed prior to February 28th, 2021.
Note: any user who has GRN-Old staking expiring between December 6th, 2020 to February 28th, 2021 may need to wait until such time that all the GRN-Old staking requested by GokuMarket has been swapped to GRN (ERC20) by the GRN Team before the GRN (ERC20) is released, even if it means waiting into March or when the GRN Team completes the swap by sending the GRN (ERC20) to the GokuMarket Team.
Q2. Related to the first question (Q1), it is usually the case that it takes 24-48 hours for the staked balances to release back into the wallets and if a user initiated GRN-Old staking September 25th or before that expires December 25th or before, is there a risk that a 24-48 hours delay in releasing funds to the user's wallet from staking could result in the user missing the swap and GRN-Old being burned or lost as we are not in control of the release to the user's wallet?
A2. Given the positive response from GokuMarket in the first answer (A1) above, it is no longer possible for these users to miss the swap, so long as their accounts are verified in advance. The swapped GRN (ERC20) tokens will be released after the GRN Team completes the swap processors.
Q3. There are users who have staked GRN using two or more accounts/email addresses...
Q3-Case1. If a GokuMarket user has two accounts/emails and both accounts have engaged in annual GRN Staking and both will end late May 2021. Will both accounts be part of the automatic swap, and if so to which wallet will the GRN (ERC20) automatically swap to? Will the user be required to give GokuMarket a new GRN (ERC20) wallet address?
A3-Case1. Each GRN-Old Staking swap will be managed separately by account/email. After the GRN (ERC20) has been sent by the GRN Team to GokuMarket, then the GokuMarket Team will put the GRN (ERC20) in the same GRN Staking plan until the expiration of each the original GRN Staking period. After the staking has expired, then the user can link accounts and transfer balances from multiple to main account.
Q3-Case2. If a GokuMarket user has two accounts/emails and one has GRN Staking ending during 2021 and another between December 6th, 2020 and February 28th, 2021, then how will that swap work?
A3-Case2. First, given that both or all of the accounts have been KYC verified, then all GRN-Old staking plans will be submitted if expiring February 28th onward. It is then up to the GRN Team to process the GRN-Old to GRN (ERC20). Once it has been processed and returned to the GokuMarket Team, then the GRN (EC20) will either be released into the user wallet, if the staking already had expired, or the GRN (ERC20) will be placed back in the GRN Staking with the very same original expiration date as subscribed by the user.
Q4-1. Is it possible to initiate GRN & other staking without completing GokuMarket KYC in advance?
A4-1. Yes, it is not required to have completed your KYC in order to initiate staking. It is however required to complete KYC verification in order to withdraw the GRN-Old for the swap to the GRN (ERC20).
Q4-2. If it was possible to initiate staking without KYC (Q4-1), do those users have to complete their KYC before they will be included in the automatic swap that will be offered by GokuMarket?
A4-2. Yes, all users who qualify (GRN-Old Staking expiring February 28th onward) can be part of the assisted GRN swap by GokuMarket with the GRN Team, but they are required to complete their KYC before February 28th, 2021.
Q4-3. It has been mentioned that the GokuMarket Support Team will contact these users before the swap deadline on February 28th and if the users give their consent to swap, then the GokuMarket Team will include them in the swap. Is it true that if someone does not confirm this message, then GokuMarket will not do anything, and after February 28th, the GRN coins of these people will be burned? When will GokuMarket be contacting these users?
A4-3. GokuMarket is focused on helping as many of all GRN users as possible to easily complete their swap from GRN-Old to GRN (ERC20). To qualify for the GRN swap and withdraw the GRN-Old it is mandatory to KYC verify your account prior to February 28th, 2021. GokuMarket will NOT require an email consent from each user to qualify them to participate in the swap, but when the users complete their KYC, then it will signal GokuMarket that they are pursuing the GRN swap and the GokuMarket Team always do their best to support a smooth process. GokuMarket will be contacting these specific users via email to alert them that the swap process has been initiated and is at the end pending processing by the GRN Team to return the GRN (ERC20).
Note: please help everyone to make sure the users have completed their KYC account verification soonest possible and before February 28th, 2021.
Q5. The cut-off date for GRN-Old staking initially communicated by GokuMarket was September 25th, 2020. However, some users reported having completed GRN Staking after this date. How is this possible? What will happen to those GRN-Old staked tokens? Will they be lost?
A5. GRN-Old staking was communicated to cut-off September 25th onward, but there were some delays and a very few cases exist beyond such date. Such cases of GRN-Old staking will not be lost and so long as the users have completed their KYC prior to December 6th, 2020, then their accounts will be included in the swap request that GokuMarket will be submitting to the GRN Team.
Q6. We have noticed that there are many GRN users who are currently waiting for their swapped GRN (ERC20) to arrive in their GokuMarket wallets. They have completed the GokuMarket swap process and submitted their withdrawals, but their GRN (ERC20) are nowhere to be found in the GokuMarket GRN (ERC20) wallet. What could be the reason for this?
A6. GokuMarket has created an easy step by step guide and interface for the GRN swap specifically for the GokuMarket users' convenience. Once the GRN-Old withdrawal has been made from the GokuMarket user's wallet, then GokuMarket is no longer in charge of the the GRN swap process. After withdrawal, then the GRN Team will process the user's swap and send notification via email as the swap is completed and the GRN (ERC20) is sent to the user's specified wallet address, which usually is a GokuMarket GRN (ERC20) Wallet address that can be found in the funds page.
Note: If a user has already withdrawn their GRN-Old for the swap from GokuMarket, then please refer them to www.grnpower.io for the GRN Team to process the next steps.
If any questions, please first contact the GRN Team Support and if no email notification is received after a few days time about the swap progress, then please contact GRN Team again to remind them.
If the swap has been successfully processed by the GRN Team and you have been notified by the GRN Team, but the GRN (ERC20) have not yet showed up on your GokuMarket GRN (ERC20) wallet address, then please contact the GokuMarket Support Team via Live Chat or via support@gokumarket.com and include your "hash" or transfer receipt URL from http://etherscan.io with your GRN (ERC20) deposit wallet address and request assistance.
