Following are the GokuMarket rules for its Referral and Affiliate Program. Users are requested to go through them at least once in order to familiarize themselves. Your continued use of GokuMarket services shall be deemed as your consent and shall imply that you acknowledge and agree with these rules.
1. GokuMarket is not a pyramid scheme. It does not promise consumers or investors large profits based primarily on recruiting others to join it's program. GokuMarket profits are based on real investment and real sale of goods to the public.
2. Some fraudulent schemes may purport to sell a product, but they often simply use the product to hide their pyramid structure. Unlike those schemes, GokuMarket consists of actual products and is not a monetary rotation system.
3. GokuMarket does not take any responsibility directly or indirectly for any promises or commitments made by any referrals or affiliates to its users and does not authorize any person to make such commitments as GokuMarket representatives.
4. GokuMarket reserves the right to include, alter or modify the terms and conditions of its Referral and Affiliate Policy without any prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the user/s to acquaint themselves with the policy updates from time to time by visiting the GokuMarket website regularly.
5. GokuMarket reserves the right to block or remove any user without prior notice for violation of its terms and conditions. You hereby agree and acknowledge that GokuMarket shall not bear any responsibility for any losses occurred to the user/s due to his/her removal from the program for violation of GokuMarket terms and conditions.
6. GokuMarket advises its users to not to misrepresent rewards when sharing the referral link with your friends.
7. The decision on reward eligibility shall be made by GokuMarket. Such decisions shall be final and binding on the users. Your continued use of GokuMarket services shall be deemed as your implied consent that you agree and acknowledge the above terms and conditions.
