For USDT Staking, once the subscription order has been placed and processed it cannot be canceled.
Please always make sure you have a solid and stable internet signal when placing your subscription order. If you click on the "Start Earning" and do not get a confirmation immediately, it could be due to poor internet connection. We recommend checking back during the next 24 hours to see if your order has been processed and visible. Do not press the "Subscribe" button multiple times as it will process one subscription each and every time that cannot be canceled.
Please note that both an internet connectivity issue on the user's end or a system maintenance upgrade may result in a delay for the purchased subscription to be reflected. Users can contact email@example.com or Live Chat directly with a representative to confirm the order, or simply wait up to 24 hours to check back in the "Active Subscription" tab for the order to appear. If it does not appear after 24 hours, then the user can proceed to place the order.
NOTE: clicking on the purchase button multiple times may lead to multiple subscription orders, which will be confirmed and cannot be canceled.
